WanderWork does not operate like a traditional talent agency or influencer marketing platform. We do not have a database of 500 creators available for any brief that comes through the door.

When a brand or tourism board approaches us, we take the brief seriously. We assess fit before we make introductions. If our talent is not the right match, we say so. If there is a strong case for a partnership, we structure it properly — deliverables, timelines, rights, and metrics agreed upfront.
We are a new agency. We do not pretend otherwise. But the team comes from digital marketing and brand strategy backgrounds — including time at agencies like 22Feet Tribal and Dvio — and we built WanderWork because we saw a gap: exceptional Indian travel talent being underrepresented, undervalued, and matched with briefs that did not suit them.
Arjun spent several years in digital brand strategy and social media marketing at some of India's most respected independent agencies before founding WanderWork. He grew up watching Indian travel voices get shoe-horned into brand briefs that didn't fit — and built the agency he wished had existed earlier. He is based in Indiranagar, Bangalore, and handles all talent relationships and brand partnerships directly.
WanderWork is deliberately small. Every partnership we take on is one we are prepared to stand behind — to the brand, to the talent, and to the audience that ultimately decides whether the collaboration was worth their attention. That is how we intend to grow: slowly, carefully, and with the right people.
